CNCA Loading Certificate - ANGOLA
We are Japan agent for The National Shipper's Council of Angola (CNCA or Conselho Nacional de Carregodores de Angola), who requires all ocean imports to have a CNCA Loading Certificate.
The regulation of CNCA is as follows:
* Each Bill of Lading has to be accompanied by a Loading certificate.
* Loading Certificate must be obtained at origin.
For information of C.N.C.A. agents outside Japan – please contact us.
* Loading Certificate must be presented to customs in Angola for clearing goods and without it, the cargo may
not be released.
* Import Restriction on Used vehicles *Please contact us for more information.
Second hand cars older than 6 years and heavy vehicles/trucks older than 10 years from the manufacturing
date are not allowed to be imported in Angola.
Loading Certificate is not allowed to be issued for restricted vehicles.
* Taxpayer number ( NIF = "Numero de Identificacao Fiscal" )
Taxpayer number (NIF) of consignee is mandatory for CNCA application. For smooth issuance, please check
the number before applying.
* DU ( Document Unico/Import License )
Copy of DU (Import License) must be presented for CNCA application. For smooth issuance, please provide
the document before applying.
* Required Documents:
- B/L Copy
- Application Form (If you do not have the application form, please request us via the form below.)
- "Document Unico" Copy ( for goods over US $ 5,000.00 )
* Procedure:
- Please send required documents to "lgt@hship.co.jp"

- Invoice will be sent to you by e-mail from us.
↓
- CNCA Number & Draft will be created and sent to you AFTER receiving payment in our account.
↓
- Original CNCA certificate will be forwarded after confirming all data.

CNC LOADING CERTIFICATE 取得の流れ
CNCA LOADING CERTIFICATE発行の規定:
* アンゴラ向けの輸出に関しましては、全ての船積貨物に対し、B/L １件につき、船積証明書にあたる Loading Certificate
１通の取得が義務付けられております。最終目的地がアンゴラの貨物は全て必要となります。
* Loading Certificateは原則積地での取得が義務付けられております。
他国のAgentの情報につきましては弊社担当までお問合せ下さいませ。
* Loading Certificateは現地通関で必要な書類の一つであり、未取得のまま貨物が到着した場合は貨物の引き取りが
できませんので十分ご注意ください。
* 中古車輸入規制
アンゴラでは中古車の輸入規制が施行されています。※詳細はお問合せ下さい。
規制対象車両についてはLoading Certificateの発行を致しかねますのでご了承下さい。
中古車両 ： ６年以上 (OLDER THAN 6 YRS FROM MANUFACTURE DATE)
中古トラック・重量車両： １０年以上 (OLDER THAN 10 YRS FROM MANUFACTURE DATE)
* NIF ナンバー
NIFナンバーはアンゴラの納税者番号です。Loading Certificateの発行にはこのNIFナンバーが必要となります。
また、CertificateのImporter名はNIFの登録名称で表示されます。
（NIF は "Numero de Identificacao Fiscal" の略称です）
* DU (Document Unico)
DUはアンゴラのImport License です。Loading Certificateの発行にはこのDUのコピーが必要となります。
但し、貨物の価格がUSD5,000未満の場合は提出の必要はございません。
* 必要書類:
- B/L Copy
- 申請フォーム （下記お問合せフォームよりご連絡ください。別途メールにてお送りいたします。）
- "Document Unico" Copy ( 貨物の価格がUSD5,000以上の場合 )
* 申請方法:
- 上記書類をメールにてお送りください。 （宛先：lgt@hship.co.jp）
↓
- 書類の確認後、請求書をメールにてお送りいたします。(請求書のオリジナルが必要な場合はお知らせ下さい。）
↓
- ご入金確認後、５営業日以内にCNCA No. 及び ドラフトをお送りします。 (システムダウンの場合等を除く)
↓
- ドラフトのご確認を、オリジナルのCERTIFICATEを発行しクロネコヤマト便（着払い）にて発送いたします。
（着払い）オリジナル発行後の訂正は致しかねますので予めご了承下さい。
※CONSIGNEEが「CASA MILITAR DA PRESIDENCIA DA REPUBLICA 」及び「GABINETE DE RECONSTRUCAO NACIONAL」の
場合はLOADING CERTIFICATE取得が免除されます。
